1 Introduction & Acceptance

4 Account Management

Each User may hold only one active Account on vb111. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You must not allow any other person to access or use your Account, and you are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your Account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. vb111 recommends using a strong, unique password and enabling any additional security features made available on the Platform. 5 Deposits & Withdrawals

vb111 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following supported payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. Additional payment channels may be added or removed at vb111's discretion; the current list of available methods is displayed on the cashier page within your Account.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable withdrawal limits are displayed in the cashier section of your Account at the time of the transaction. vb111 does not charge platform-side fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges, for which vb111 bears no responsibility.

All bets and wagers placed on vb111 are final once confirmed by the system. vb111 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in circumstances where a manifest error has occurred (see below). 8 Prohibited Conduct

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the vb111 Platform — including but not limited to the vb111 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces (as licensed from Game Providers), promotional materials, and all other intellectual property — is owned by or licensed to vb111 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. Where termination occurs for reasons other than breach, real money balances will be returned to the User's registered payment method.

14 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
